Water Energy Nature and Humans

Letter-I-2

n water energy nature and humans, I aim to demonstrate the intricacy of our relationships. Water is the most significant element in our bodies and does more than we thought in recent times.Human bodies are 70% water. A jellyfish is 95% water. There are 350 million cubic miles (1.4 billion cubic kilometers) of water on the planet. Our origin is in water. From amniotic fluid, we emerge seeing through liquid, we speak through fluid, we hear in fluid, and we breathe through mucus, a slippery, wet secretion.

This documents rainwater trailing through a "ghut" or valley on Fort Hill Road on Tortola, Virgin Islands (UK). Millions of gallons of rainwater replenish the alluviums within flat areas like Paraquita Bay where the richest soil exists. It is the main reason why the agricultural grounds are located there. The twists, the braids occur naturally as the water falls off the rocks. Viktor Schauberger observed this activity and stated that water is alive when it achieves this. That braiding is lost when water flows through non-copper pipes. It could serve to measure energetic vitality in a human being after drinking Braided Water and standard, utility distributed water and document any difference.

Theodor Schwenk, wrote a book called Sensitive Chaos about unique properties of water. Its spiraling vortex shape lead to the creation of flowforms...fountains mathematically designed to support the living, natural flow of water.

Viktor Schauberger, author of several books on the qualities of water and its nature, documented his findings on water and how it behaves in Bavaria. Different temperatures affected its efficiency in water logging. When it was hot, the water moved slower and the surface tension diminished.

Healing Water Energy Nature and Humans

Iran imprisoned Dr. Fereydoon Batmanghelidj, M.D., from 1979 to 1982 and charged him to help heal sick inmates. He observed that dehydration triggered inflammation signals associated with several diseases.
Chronic pain signaled the presence of diseases due to a lack of access to potable water. When the inmates received water, the pain disappeared. Some of the diseases he found that were associated with chronic hydration included:

                             • Ulcers
                             • Colitis
                             • Migraine
                             • Asthma
                             • Rheumatoid arthritis, and
                             • Angina.

Dr. Batmanghelidj’s documented his work in Your Body’s Many Cries for Water. The medical establish-ment has not adopted his findings. Yet internet users continue to circulate the benefits of water emails and apply the information in his book. I bought the book for my mother. Water is the most affordable, non-toxic substance available.

The doctor's professionalism saved the people and because water was all he thought he had to work with. But there was something else for Dr. Batmanghelidj to work with: the people's minds. It begs the question of whether any of the prisoners/patients used meditation before Dr. Batmanghelidj's incarceration. People could swallow. They may not have had the ability to meditate.

The Importance of Water Energy Nature and Humans

A person's body loses, during an average day in a temperate climate zone, approximately 8 to 12 cups of water from perspiration, respiration, and excretion. When we speak, as we see through a fluid environment, and as we exhale, we lose water.

We urinate an average of 6 cups per day. Our bodies were born in a fluid environment, hence Dr. Batmanghelidj's premise, that we need to maintain that dependence by ensuring that we consume an adequate amount of water daily.

"Medical professionals of today do not understand the vital roles of water in the human body. Medications are palliatives. They are not designed to cure the degenerative diseases of the human body."

- Dr. F. Batmanghelidj

Pure and simple, water is an essential part of a healthy diet. And to a much greater extent than most would imagine. While unknown to the orthodox medical community, dehydration is an extraordinarily common cause of an astounding number of diseases.

One of the leading researchers in this field, F. Batmanghelidj, M.D., has explained this subject in great detail in his book, Your Body's Many Cries for Water. The following are a few short excerpts from Dr. Batmanghelidj's book, which should help convey the significance of water in one's diet:

"The simple truth is that dehydration can cause disease. Everyone knows that water is "good" for the body.
They seem not to know how essential it is to one's well-being. They do not know what happens to the body
if it does not receive its daily need of water."

"In advanced societies, thinking that tea, coffee, alcohol, and manufactured beverages are desirable
substitutes for the purely natural water needs of the daily 'stressed' body is an elementary but catastrophic mistake. It is true that these beverages contain water, but what else they contain are dehydrating agents.
They get rid of the water they are dissolved in plus some more water from the reserves of the body!"
Currently, practitioners of conventional medicine are unaware of the many chemical roles of water in the body. Because dehydration eventually causes loss of some functions, the various sophisticated signals given by operators of the body's water rationing program during severe and lasting dehydration have been translated as indicators of unknown disease conditions of the body. This is the most basic mistake that has deviated clinical medicine. It has prevented medical practitioners from being able to advise preventive measures or offer simple physiologic cures for some major diseases in humans."

"With the appearance of these signals, the body should be provided with water for these rationing systems to distribute. However, medical practitioners have been taught to silence these signals with chemical products. Of course they have zero understanding of the significance of this most gross error. The various signals produced by these water distributors are indicators of regional thirst and drought of the body. At the onset, they can be relieved by an increase of water itself, yet they are improperly dealt with by the use of commercial chemical products until pathology is established and diseases are born."

We urge you to read Dr. Batmanghelidj's book, Your Body's Many Cries for Water, for further information.
Dr. Batmanghelidj recommends drinking 8 - 10 glasses of water daily, and more if you are suffering from an illness. 1

Water Energy Nature and Humans Diet Recommendations

For those of you looking for a suggested diet, we recommend the following:

o Consume a diet that focuses on whole, unprocessed foods (whole grains, legumes, vegetables, fruits, seeds, etc.)

o Reduce (or eliminate, if possible) your intake of refined sugar.

o Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.

o Avoid animal products, with the possible exception of cold water fish (salmon, mackerel, herring, halibut, etc.).

o Eliminate dairy products, caffeine, and alcohol.

o Eliminate coffee (besides caffeine, there are a host of other chemicals poisoning your body). Try the many varieties of herbal tea available.

o Avoid soft drinks completely.

o Avoid white bread and refined flour products. They are devoid of essential nutrients, including omega-3 essential fatty acids and others.

o Avoid margarine and all commercial cooking oils. Use Butter and Organic cold pressed Olive oil instead.

o Consume organic Flax Seed Oil and cold fish oil (MAX EPA) daily.

o Consume Miso soup, kelp, and shitake mushrooms regularly.

o Brown Rice is better than white rice.

o Buy organic foods (especially produce) whenever possible.

o Get regular exercise.

o Perform a relaxation exercise (deep/focused breathing, meditation, tai chi, visualization, prayer, etc.) 10 to 15 minutes each day. 2

All of this loss, if not replaced, will stress physical systems. Water is vital in creating blood and bone cells.
The most important system to form in neonates is the lymphatic system. This system practically mirrors the blood system and its important function is to remove wastes and toxins.

My mother's friend, the only person for whom my mother used airline travel, fell. It happened, as far as the people around her were concerned, for no apparent reason. She did not trip or misjudge the distance of furniture she walked into. She went home and convinced her husband that she did not need an ambulance.
Her organs shut down because she was dehydrated. When people drink, they don't consume enough. The unfortunate outcome of consuming too little water is organ failure.

Water regulates your metabolism. People who experience obesity credit increased intake of water and high water-content foods as beneficial for weight reduction.

Water is vital in balancing body temperature. I and several other people found it unusual that it was hot in the British Virgin Islands earlier in the year. March 2010 was hotter than usual. We had the middle to latter part of the summer to look forward to for this type of weather.Sea breezes cooled bodies regularly. It was unusual when the airflow lessened.

Use water to maximize its benefits in the body. There are different ideas about this. One set of thoughts on consumption include drinking two glasses upon rising. I have always heard of only one glass of water in the morning. This helps the brain, salivary glands and the digestive system to prepare them for breakfast, and

                                   2 glasses of water after waking up - helps activate internal organs;

                                   1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion;

A glass of water before taking a bath will lower blood pressure, and.

A glass of water before bed helps to avoid a stroke or heart attack while sleeping.
However, some people may skip this to avoid getting up during the night to urinate

Another schedule for drinking water in a 24 hour is to consume two glasses at 8:00AM and two glasses of water at 1:00PM. Drink one glass of water at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 8:00PM.

Water ensures adequate electrical functioning so that your nervous system functions properly. Decreased coordination and confusion have been corrected with drinking water. All organs require water to ensure that they function adequately. As we age, water continues to lubricate and protect your joints.

Dry mouths remind people they have to drink. It is too late by that time. Dry Mouth Syndrome is now being treated pharmaceutically. One sufferer said he drank plenty of fluids- soda, several cups of coffee, and only one cup of water daily.

Alcohol, coffee, tea, and other caffeine-containing beverages do not contribute to the body’s needs.Caffeine is known for its dehydration qualities. Alcohol can cause blood conditions and impair white blood cell function suppressing the immune system.

Certain artificial sweeteners like aspartame dry mucus membranes. Dr. Batmanghelidj’s rule of thumb
published in his book was to consume water some time before a meal.

Water is water when it is by itself. Tea, sports beverages, and juices are water with something else. Water alone replenishes because it contains nothing to digest. The previous products contain other substances that require digestion. It takes longer to hydrate with them. Water, as well as these beverages, counts towards the total amount of fluids consumed in 24 hours.

Each body is different. Weight, activities, and environment determine water consumption needs. These three factors change frequently, so be mindful of the amount of water needed.

The Power of Water Energy Nature and Humans

Dr. Masaru Emoto's work showed that water retains messages. Energy changes water. Thought is energy. Thought changes water.Water that received spoken words of love, thanks, and gratitude, when frozen, produced beautiful, symmetrical crystals.

Dr. Emoto's images of the effects of negative words revealed the asymmetrical, poorly shaped crystals they manifested. Our bodies are 70% water. Water is involved in every bodily function. Our thoughts and emotions affect water's quality in our bodies.

A character in What the Bleep Do We Know? asked, "If words can do that to water, think of what we do to ourselves."

An Invocation to Water Energy Nature and Humans

The following was online and attributed to no one. Hold a glass of water between both hands. Say the invocation and then consume. It can be modified to suit any purpose.

Gratitude supports all of the work that we do in the mind. Express it as you consume the water. You can feel what you appreciate the water doing physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. "Listen' is in quotes, in unusual ways, beyond your auditory senses.Listen in and through your heart.

"I AM grateful."

I take this the Water of Life,

I declare it the Water of Light.

As I bring it within my body,

It allows my body to glow.

I take this, the Water of Light.

I declare it the Water of God.

I AM a Master in all that I AM.
