I shared the following Nexus articles several years ago with a man who was studying for the ministry. Since we left the British Virgin Islands, he established a small church. This man's reaction was what I expected; he could have surprised me by pursuing the research himself. However, he said nothing and continued spreading "The Word."

More people are aware of the Council of Nicea and its purpose. However, with all of the scandals in which the churches have been exposed, a large number - millions- of people still support them. Many still rely on church representatives as middle marks to their own Divinity. The study of altered, manufactured literature does not an expert on the Divine make nor does it warrant trust and confidence from people seeking answers.

Meditation for the Church Within

A friend, for months had said,"Look down within yourself" to meditate. For years, one was supposed to rise; go up; ascend, not descend. I resisted until one time I attempted it. It was an amazing and eye-opening experience.
I encourage all of you who have not attempted this to do it. I will not share what my experience was. It is what I do consistently now.

Relax our body. Silva Mind Control teaches the learner to breathe into body parts and intentionally relax them from the head to the feet. Breathing is uniform.

Another method of relaxing the body and mind is to breathe in through the nose for seven counts. Hold your breath for seven counts and breath out for
eight counts. You can use the breaths to clear your thoughts, relax body parts.

Look down within yourself.
Ask the question.
Release all energy from the Elementals.
