repare to create a vision board by knowing your desires. The impetus is desire, not want. The word "want" postpones receiving. It is not a direct word. Use the correct words to create it.
One of my vision boards. You're not limited to one. This was arranged to be placed in a Feng Shui area for more manifestation power.
The Right Words to Create A Vision Board
Examining the types of verbs used in these two words reveals a difference in their definitions."Want" is an intransitive verb. An intransitive verb does not take an object. "Desire" is a transitive verb. The transitive verb does take or act on an object. A transitive verb is direct and action-oriented.
These words have existed for centuries. The science of defining words and their activity or relationship in a sentence does have a purpose. When we use words interchangeably as synonyms, the words should convey the same intention. Want and desire are different in their intentions.

Desire to Create a Vision Board
So, what do you desire? What do you have a longing for? This evokes your feelings. "Evoke" is a transitive verb. Remember that definition? Direct and action-oriented. How do you feel about it? The other word that is close to this is invoke. That word's power comes later.
Lives vary according to what part of the world you call home. Our environments shape our longings and desires based on our present conditions. Some may desire more education. Others not. Some may wish to
stay at the beach to surf forever, or travel the world to unique beaches to experience different waters and waves. Feel what you desire to experience to fill your life, to live your life to the magnitude you find you are to go.
Use Meditation to Create Your Vision Board
There is a quote I use often within In-Vesica Art Design Energy's pages. It was the Goddess of Liberty's address to the students at the Karmic Board's convocation at the Royal Teton in July 1954 from The Gnosis and the Law by Tellis Papastavro. The Goddess of Liberty said the following: "...At the time mankind was ready for embodiment, I was given the office of consecrating each lifestream chosen and dedicated by the Manu before entering physical birth, the consciousness of the soul at Inner Levels was charged with my words:

In the Gnossis and the Law, Tellis channeled that Guardian Angels are available "...to minister unto the sons and daughters of God, who have woven, out of their thought and feeling, certain painful experiences and who, in their extremity, sooner or later need and invoke superior power for perfection or succor. This assistance not only is given to the sincerely invoking soul, but were it not for the Cosmic Law, which is inexorable and unchanging, and which requires that the "call must come from the octave in which the need is felt", Legions of both Michael and Uriel would have long ago lifted into the Light mankind and all its shadow creations.

"Just as a human being, by serving the Light, expands his consciousness, so the Guardian angel serves as he does, broadens his outlook and expands his consciousness.In so doing,he develops wisdom, discernment, and discrimination. and though these qualities,to a certain extent, are institutional in him, and knows every need of the sol under his charge, nevertheless, since the ever-changing and unstable ways a man can upset even his most constructive and well-set plans, these qualities must and are by necessity, developed. 3
Everyone has a Guardian Angel. This tells us that, unlike other angels, they have free will. They vowed to protect us, to change our "...depression, pain, and sorrow to hope, faith, and love." 4 If you have not figured out what your purpose is, get to know your Angel. Call on them. Find out their names. They can help. They know everything there is to know about you.

The everyday life experiences include what I listed in my article "The Three Dimensional Vision Board: Empower Your Desires in 3D." They are

The first eight suggestions are based on the Chinese bagua, and I applied colors for the background boards from Catherine Ponder's book The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity. The Circle of Life aspects used in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition health coaching program include Home, which is an obvious no-brainer. The Circle of Life also includes Creativity. Some people enjoy creating outside of their career or work. If you are pursuing a career in politics to become the next president, your creative urges might include anything your heart desires. A question to consider is: Do "career" and work" mean the same thing to you?
There is no limit to the number of life experiences you can have. You can limit the categories by combining them. You choose and organize them. The colors used for feng shui do not necessarily match the colors suggested for the vision board. Mix them so both energetic intentions are included.

Revisions Are Common When You Create Your Vision Board
Your vision board, or boards, may go through revisions. There are things, experiences, and people we may discover that are not to be in our lives.Life, as we know it, is slower to manifest in this dimension than in our Home. We have time. For example, the music school you had set your sights on squashes their Wednesday chunky peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. You thought you could handle this disappointment, but it threw you off your game. Since you researched several music schools, you can call another school to which you were already accepted.

Add a Vision Board Journal
A vision board journal can accompany your vision boards. If you've created vision boards for each part of your life, consider using a journal for each board to record notes and details of your journey as you fulfill your plan. Smaller or alternative images can be included in the journal. New content and more ideas can be recorded to fully envision what you desire. Write affirmations here. It may sound trite now, but engaging all of your senses and abilities is key to manifesting what you wish. Words have power.

Where to begin?
Create a Vision Board in 3D
I take it a step further. I created my vision throughout my living space. You can too. Read The Three Dimensional Vision Board: Empower Your Desires in 3D. Here, I suggest applying the bagua to each room and use objects to represent your desires. Your move through the spaces in which representations of your desires exist. How cool is that? Everywhere you look; stand; move; vacuum, and dust you see or think of what motivates you. I include "think" because not everything has to be visible. An item could be in a desk drawer. An object could be behind books on a shelf. Only those who need to know will be aware of their placements and what they represent.
Black Hat Sect Feng Shui, an art of placement, assigns a purpose, or an aspect of life, to different areas
of a space in relation to the entrance. As you place the images you choose to create a vision board or in the life areas of your home, workshop, business, or office, those selections can be the same item or similar because they have to relate to the map's energy. The energy is multiplied by other similar objects and images or objects placed in corresponding energy areas around your home.
You can place the bagua over a floor plan of the home. The floor plan or plans contain similar objects or images because those areas are within the same life area of the bagua. If you choose to place the bagua in each living space within the home, there would be multiple areas within the home containing similar objects collectively energizing the same energy to support your goals. Each room or space becomes a representation of your life's desires. Enjoy the experience of choosing the images and objects that speak to you and what you long to achieve in your life.
