Color is energy, vibration. It is only a matter of time that some one, similar to
Seymon Kirlian,
inventor of Kirlian photography, will create a means where we can see what has been known for a long time: all is vibration. We can now see, others can and have always sensed, colors emitted in energy fields.
Color is energy, or vibration and is used to heal imbalances. The body is painted with the hue of the adjacent chakra, or energy wheel.
Color energy is absorbed effortlessly. The etheric layer accepts the energy and distributes it throughout the physical, mental and emotional bodies.
Thoughts are energy and they can affect energy fields. Chakra colors become lighter, darker, or muted due to these influences. Your awareness of your thoughts help you obtain an energetic level that ensures your body functions well.
I hesitate to use the word "normally" because we are all different. It is called
bio-individuality.
Some of us have more strength than others and have less limbs. The vehicle, in whatever level of mobility or function it is, is affected by the chakras which are affected by thought.

Whatever color system you use, your thoughts affect the outcome. Think either color for the heart chakra, it will be affected. I emphasize your direct participation in your healing. If that is not intentional, then the reliance on pharmaceuticals may be reinforced because "...it did not work for me."
As thoughts take time and energy to develop, so would the reprogramming of that thought to one that is vibrationally compatible with your body and mind. In other words, change the
thought
to one that does not cause dis-ease.
Thoughts and feelings are powerful. Mental and emotional challenges are significant; some more than others. Disharmony between these two energies can undermine your life.
Inner Child/Adult Integration
and
Reprogramming
can serve and support understanding the discord. These are two ways of reaching the cause or causes that, when revealed, will inform you of what needs to be healed.
As our thoughts and feelings must be harmonious and constructive, we should also think purposefully about how we nourish the physical body.
Food and Energy
reminds us of natural nutrition and the colors to which they are associated. Vitamin and mineral components of food should be a part of everyone’s general education.
Food and Color
groups vegetables, fruits, grains, and spices according to color, and
Color and Blood
shows what foods are appropriate for each blood type. This work is based on
Mr. Peter D’Adamo’s
work.
The 5 Chinese Elements
joins blood to the planet. The intention here is to see the possibility of eating natural whole meals by color for each blood type. This is the result of merging different systems of consumption to specifically maximize providing for the body. More work will include
adding more foods identified by color
looking at ethnic and regional diets with respect to blood type and nature,
researching the contribution of herbs and flowers to completing a meal, and
understanding the colors, nature, and the spiritual quality of herbs and flowers
and their contribution to, what I have come to believe, their necessity in completing a natural, whole food meal.
