Stars Meditation

Raphael gave us a meditation from Spirit during a channeling that involved stars. We enter a meadow and find a tree. We sit beneath it. Our backs are against the trunk. Non-benevolent energy flows out of our bodies through the spine into the tree's trunk. That energy moves down and into the roots to the center of the earth. Stars move from above into the tree's bough. The stars flow into the branches, into the upper part of the tree and into the head. Pan out to the cosmos. A brilliant gold-white line expands across it. A ball of energy travels from the upper right towards the center where the heart is visualized, in an arc. Throughout all of this, breath is even and deep. I got into the habit of thanking my heart because it does not have to do what it does. 

Stars at APOD (Free!)

I download Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD) for the most beautiful images of the universe. with the selection that is available, people can have backlit photos of star systems they either like or have found out they cam from in their homes. If it is backlit, that LED frame emits enough light for ambience.
Another option, with a paper poster, is candlelight. Meditate on the forms the groups create, and the solitary points of light and what it raises in you.
