liquid so plentiful, water washes everything it touches. Water, the greatest element in our bodies does more than we, in recent times, thought.
This documents rainwater trailing through a "ghut" or valley on Fort Hill Road on Tortola, Virgin Islands (UK). Millions of gallons of rainwater replenish the alluviums within flat areas like Paraquita Bay where the richest soil exists. It is the main reason why the agricultural grounds are located there. The twists, the braids occur naturally as the water falls off the rocks. Viktor Schauberger observed this activity and stated that water is alive when it achieves this. That braiding is lost when water flows through non-copper pipes. It could serve to measure energetic vitality in a human being after drinking Braided Water and standard, utility distributed water and see if there is a difference.

Dr. Ivan Van Sertima documented that Africans communicated over long distances by speaking messages to rivers that were carried to other shores.
A vortex image by Theodor Schwenk
Theodor Schwenk,
wrote a book called Sensitive Chaos about unique properties of water. Its spiraling vortex shape lead to the creation of flowforms...fountains mathematically designed to support the living, natural flow of water.
Viktor Schauberger, author of several books on the qualities of water and its nature, documented his findings on water and how it behaves in Bavaria. Different temperatures affected its efficiency in water logging. When it was hot, the water moved slower and the surface tension diminished.

Dr. Fereydoon Batmanghelidj, M.D. had only water to help heal other inmates when he was imprisoned in Iran from 1979 to 1982. He saw that inflammation signals of several diseases were caused by dehydration. Chronic pain signaled the presence of diseases that were due to the lack of sufficient water in the body. When the inmates were given sufficient water, the pain disappeared. Some of the diseases he found were associated with chronic hydration included:
Dr. Batmanghelidj’s work is documented in the book Your Body’s Many Cries for Water. The medical establishment has not adopted his findings. Yet Internet users continue to circulate benefits of water emails. Water may be the cheapest, non-side effect causing substance available.

A person's body loses, during an average day in a temperate climate zone, approximately 8 to 12 cups of water from perspiration, respiration, and excretion. When we speak, as we see through a fluid environment, and as we exhale, we lose water.
We urinate an average of 6 cups per day. Our bodies were born in a fluid environment, hence Dr. Batmanghelidj's premise, that we need to maintain that dependence by ensuring that we consume an adequate amount of water daily.

All of this loss, if not replaced, will stress physical systems. Water is vital in creating blood and bone cells. The most important system to form in neonates is the lymphatic system. This system practically mirrors the blood system and its important function is to remove wastes and toxins.
Water regulates your metabolism. People who experience obesity credit increased intake of water and high water content foods as beneficial for weight reduction.
Water is vital in balancing body temperature. I and several other people found it unusual that it was hot in the British Virgin Islands earlier in the year. March 2010 was hotter than usual. We have the middle to latter part of the summer to look forward to for this type of weather.
Water ensures adequate electrical functioning so that your nervous system functions properly. Decreased coordination and confusion have been corrected with drinking water. All organs require water to ensure that they function adequately. As we age, water continues to lubricate and protect your joints.
A new disease called Dry Mouth Syndrome is now being treated pharmaceutically. One sufferer said he drank plenty of fluids- soda, several cups of coffee, and only one cup of water daily.
Alcohol, coffee, tea, and other caffeine-containing beverages do not contribute to the body’s needs. Caffeine is known for its dehydration qualities. Alcohol can cause blood conditions and impair white blood cell function suppressing the immune system.
Certain artificial sweeteners like aspartame dry mucus membranes. Dr. Batmanghelidj’s rule of thumb published in
his book was to consume water some time before a meal.

The work of Dr. Masaru Emoto showed that water retains messages. Water does manifest energy applied to it. Water that received spoken words of love, thanks, and gratitude, when frozen, produced beautiful, symmetrical crystals.
Dr. Emoto’s images of the effects of negative words revealed the asymmetrical, poorly shaped crystals they manifested. Our bodies are 70% water. Water is involved in every action of our bodies. Our thoughts and emotions affect water’s quality in our bodies. A character in "What the Bleep Do We Know?" asked, “If words can do that to water, think of what we do to ourselves."
To incorporate Dr. Emoto’s work, hold a glass of water in both hands and talk or pray to it. Express love and gratitude for its ability to help you. Thank the water prior to drinking. Thank the water for what it will do for you after drinking.
The above meditation mandala will be available soon.
