he In-Vesica Personal 6 Month Integrated Health Care Program provides the most special attention because it is all on and about you.   This is the program with the highest level of support that includes the information gathered
during the health history interview and expanded on to directly address your needs and concerns about your life, how and why you live it, and how it can and what can be improved.   The discussions and evaluations help to determine what is the best food and health plan for your life now.

6 MONTH INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM

In the 6 month program, you receive
•    A one hour bi-weekly appointment (2 appointments each month) to discuss issues, progress after the first meeting, recommendations, and assignments.
•    A health food store tour
•    Exposure to suitable alternative activities to enrich your life
•    Assorted media material on loan or provided
    (CDs, books, recordings, DVDs, VCs) to assist in integrating the new healthy lifestyle. 
•    Email contact between appointments
•    Telephone appointments during specified hours

You will receive:
•    A binder to collect all handouts and notes you take during the appointments. The binder is also to contain all of your assignments for the appointments.
•    Items and/or recommendations to facilitate integration of a healthy lifestyle

What is P.I.E.?

The pie chart is used to show segmented parts that comprise a whole.
Joshua Rosenthal, creator of IIN, saw evidence that our lives are made up of many several major activities. I thought of the word "pie" and it occurred to me that it stood for "Piece In Each."  Your life is comprised of different activities and responsibilities and they are all connected through you. Effectively addressing them and maintaining required and desired activities and responsibilities to yourself is the definition of good health.  

Pulling back, moving forward, through the ebbs and flows of your life require paying attention, being aware of what your needs and desires are that make  you happy so that you can achieve Peace In Each.

In-Person Integrated Health Program

The Personal Program is one-on-one support developed from the information gathered during the health history interview and expanded on to directly address your needs and concerns about your life, how and why you live it, and how it can and what can be improved.   The discussions and evaluations help to determine what is the best food and health plan for your life now.

In the 6 month program, we meet during monthly appointments which include support and discussion; information and identification of activities and resources to assist in integrating the new healthy lifestyle.    You will create a collection all handouts, assignments and notes you take during and between appointments to facilitate integration of a healthy lifestyle.

In-Person Group Program

The group program is uses the group dynamic for those who prefer this type of support. The minimum number of persons is six; maximum number of persons
is limited to twenty.  Each participant will have a health history interview which will help determine the common and specific information foci for the group
You will create a collection all handouts, assignments and notes you take during and between appointments to facilitate integration of a healthy lifestyle.

Distant Program

This option is available to persons unable to attend appointments in person. It is similar to the other programs:

•    A one hour bi-weekly appointment (2 appointments each month) to discuss issues, progress after the first meeting, recommendations, and assignments via telephone or via telephone and Internet.
•    As exposure to healthy food is only possible in person, alternative e/mailed information will be researched and provided.
•    Exposure to suitable alternative activities to enrich your life within your area
•    Recommendations for assorted material to assist in integrating the new healthy lifestyle. 
•    Email contact during specified hours between appointments.
  
You will create a collection all handouts, assignments and notes you take during and between appointments to facilitate integration of a healthy lifestyle. Handouts will either be emailed prior to an appointment or all handouts will be mailed in bulk so they will be available at the appropriate time.
